General servicing
Routine care that keeps a healthy unit cooling well and running quietly.
- Filter wash
- Coil and fan wipe-down
- Drain line check
We read the signals your air conditioner is sending: weak airflow, odd noises, drips and smells. Then we fix the cause, explain what we found and leave the room as tidy as we found it.
Split units, multi-split systems, window units and ceiling cassettes. Tell us what you have and we'll bring the right kit.
Routine care that keeps a healthy unit cooling well and running quietly.
A deep clean for units with stale smells, mould build-up or stubborn dust.
When something is wrong, we find the cause first and explain the fix before we start.
Advice on the right size for the room, then a neat install with sensible pipe routing.
Open a symptom to see what it usually means and what we check first.
Usually clogged filters, a dirty coil or a unit that is too small for the room. We measure airflow, clean what is blocked and tell you honestly if the unit is undersized.
Most drips come from a blocked drain line or a tilted indoor unit. We flush the line, clear the tray and check the unit sits level.
Moisture trapped on the coil and blower can grow mould. A chemical wash normally clears it, and we'll suggest a servicing rhythm to stop it coming back.
Loose panels, a worn fan or debris in the blower. We trace the noise to its source before replacing anything.
Note the code or take a photo before you book. It tells our technician which parts and tools to bring.
This can be a tripped breaker, a failing capacitor or a wiring fault. Switch the system off at the isolator and we'll diagnose it safely on site.
No surprises. You'll know what's happening at every stage.
Use the booking form to describe your unit and the symptom, and pick a time window that suits you.
We reply by email to confirm the slot and anything you should prepare, such as clearing space under the unit.
The technician checks the unit first, explains what they find and agrees any repair with you before starting.
We tidy the work area, test cooling with you, and send short notes on what was done and when to book next.
Every plan covers the same thorough checklist. The difference is how often we visit.
For a unit that needs attention now, or a first service before summer. Book when you need it.
Book one visitTwo visits a year: one to prepare for heavy use and one to clean up after it. We send you a reminder when each is due.
Ask about seasonalFor homes with several units or rooms that run the aircon daily. We agree a schedule that fits how you use them.
Plan regular careA general service on a single indoor unit is usually done within an hour or so. Chemical washes and repairs take longer, and we'll give you a realistic window when we confirm.
Clear the space under and around the indoor unit, and make sure we can safely reach the outdoor unit. That's all.
We lay protective sheets, use a collection bag for wash water and wipe down afterwards. The room should look the way we found it.
It depends on how much you use it and how dusty the room gets. Daily use generally needs more frequent care. We'll recommend a rhythm after the first visit.
Share a few details and we'll reply by email to confirm a visit time.
